These Terms of Service govern the use of the web application “click-here.me”, operated by Philippe Rey. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The web application allows users to create link pages, upload and host images, and subscribe to paid plans. Availability is not guaranteed.

Some features require a user account. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure.

Use of the service is limited to users aged 18 or older.

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload. Users confirm that they own all necessary rights to their content. Users grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, technically necessary license to host and display content.

Illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, extremist, or harmful content is prohibited.

Some features require payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed via Stripe. The operator does not receive full payment details.

The operator is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for user-generated content.

Users may delete their account at any time. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

These Terms may be updated.

German law applies.
